The one where Jerry shaves his chest hair is also the one where Elaine sells muffin tops with Mr. Lipman. This one is called "The Muffin Tops" and it is Season 8 Episode 21.
The one where George gets a massage and says "it moved" is called "The Note" and this one is Season 3 episode 1.
