arrange first the terms
xw-wz+4x-4z
then factor the w and the 4
w(x-z)+4(x-z)
then factor x-z
(x-z)(w+4)

Take -w common for the first 2 terms and -4 common for the next 2 terms so your answers will be like this...

-w(z-x)-4(z-x)

=(z-x)(w-4)
