I am 43, Hindu-bhramin, staying in Ahmedabad-India, separated since Jan'04, staying with my two young kids and aged parents. How easy or difficult for me to get the divorce from my wife when she is not prepared?

You can file petition for Divorce under section 13 of The Hindu Marriage Act,1955 on the ground of continuous desertion for a period of at least 2 years or more. You have to prove her desertion with sufficient evidence for at least 2 years on this ground you can get decree of divorce.
