I'm not so sure it matters what you choose. The book is about a boy with autism, and he sees the world differently than we do -- different things make sense to him that don't to us.

Choose a few words (nouns) from the book that made an impression on you, and string them together in an unusual or ungrammatical way, something you wouldn't expect.

There is no wrong answer to this question. It is designed to make you think about the book (and to make sure you read it), so anything you come up with will be ok.
