I used crutches a few months back after an ACL reconstruction, and towards the end of the crutch use I started experiencing seemingly random moments of extremely sharp, burning pain in the area above my elbow and between my tricep and bicep (not sure which technically it would be). The pain would cease when I stopped whatever I was doing with the arm (not always when using crutches). Now, the same area seems numb, and if I apply pressure it has a strange gnawing sensation and sometimes pain. What is wrong with my arms (yes, it's on both sides)? Can it be fixed?
I don't experience that random pain now, but

sounds like a crushed nerve. something is pressing on the nerve and there is a brachial nerve that runs right where you are talking about. Get a doc to look at it
