i just recently turned 16, i have just really started to see signs of puberty, my penis as of now when erect is a little more than 8" long and about 3.75" around. Is this normal for someone my size and age? Is it possible my size could change?

Number 1: If you are that big I wouldn't worry about what size you are supposed to be when errect, unless you get weak and have a hard time functioning, if that is the case go to the doctor. Otherwise get a girlfriend and live it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Number 2: If you are not sure what size you really are you might want to go talk to a doctor anyways to find out the basics you need to know.
Number 3: You are JAIL BAIT!!!!!!!!!!! Don't be putting stuff like that up on the internet for every pervert in the world to see!!!!!!!! Good Lord only knows what kind of sickos may be trying to hunt you down to find out the truth for themselves.

If your just 16 and have an 8 inch penis, you are more than normal. Of course you could grow another inch or two; why not

Like i told this other guy asking the same question, when boys go through puberty, some boys packages grow alot bigger then others, you probabyl won't be growing MUCH more then you have already, it's a possibilty, but i think you might be done growing there. It's not abnormal for his to happen, you should be happy, especially at this age, more to hang onto. LOL JK

I'd say you were "normal". If you have sexual concerns I wouldn't spend time talking to complete strangers though 0_o. Talk things over with your doctor, or reserch information in libraries(and probly there are some places online where there are professionals that can talk to you, not just random people;)
