after 20 min. of tell the person to leave i tried to remove a drunk guy from my house i had nothing to drink when i grabbed him to remove him he grabbed me said no tried to wrestle me i hit him 2 times a fight started i hit him 5-6 times in the whole fight it was broke up he was still tring to fight me
am i in any trouble or in the wrong ?

If the person had no legal reason to be in your house (i.e. wasn't a roomate, or co-owner) then in almost all jurisdictions you are legally entiled to use non-lethal force to evict him if he refuses. Especially if he fights back.

But technically, the punches would count as assault and battery, even if you are almost certain to win by asserting a justification defense.

It was your house, the guy was drunk, you asked him to leave,he got abusive, it's self defense, you are not in any trouble, you did nothing wrong. But the question is, why was he there in the first place. Know who you are dealing with before you let someone in your house.

No he was causeing trouble in your house. Did you do any permanant damage to him? If so there may be some legal action. But brusies and cuts are fine...

no BC it was Ur home and u asked him to leave and he would not leave Ur home. unless hes under age maybe u can get in trouble for hitting a Minor.

u do what u have to to get a person u out of ur house. he should've left when u told him to.
