Yes, basically education has changed from educating people and letting find their own answers and become individuals but now is an institution to create cogs in an industrial society.
It defends teaching arts, philosophy, theology, music instead of how to change a carborator or how to balance a companies books. I read this over 30 years ago, but I think that's about it.
