ok i asked this months ago and people misunderstood. I don't want to know how much i might get but what you as individual get on your job
I get bout 10 sick days a year
and 3 weeks of vacation

0 days up to 365. I can take as many as I want and they all pay the same. Im self employed. So, I take 0 generally.

Since I'm a mother of 3 teenagers and a 16 month old, I am an on-call taxi cab driver. But since I am a work/stay at home mom, I take off whenever I need to since I only need to work my business an hour or two a day to keep my monthly check coming in. Jennifer

I am self employed, I take off whenever I want and work when I want. If you added up all the days I take off in a year I probably get about 4 months totalled off time. It's pretty nifty--of course I do not get paid sick days.

Now, you're just simply getting personal here !!
This is the one place that makes all of my friends exceedingly angry at me---but I'm not the one that chose their career for them----- I have basically three months a year off --- I do professional commercial photography---have an established market clientel ---a seasonal ramjet of a work load and when its done-- its done ---- end of story !!!

my company just got bought by a telemarketing company in Nebraska. They cut the time off to 3 weeks per year max & got rid of sick time.

3 weeks PTO 9 paid holidays. But it's only my first year with the company.

3 weeks vac after 5 yrs (which I have) 4 weeks after 10 yrs, 5 weeks after 20 yrs and we have christmas shut down (about 1.5 weeks) 4th of july, thanksgiving(4 days) memorial day, labor day, that's all I can tghink of.
