first of all make her know that she is not the only one that could have friends. The whole point of a bf is to have someone you could trust, like have patience and are willing to talk about everything. Tell her "hey i dont u saying im your bf i have other friends too you know". Hang out with her little by little and she will get the picture

1. Try hooking her up with someother person to be her best friend.

2. Try to change the subject whenever she asks you

3. Pretend she's not there when she's trying to talk to you (she'll get the message eventually ^_^ )

4. if none of those work you'll have to resort to telling her the truth... good luck with that.

dont let her intimidate you, just pull her aside and tell her as nicely as you can that you dont like it when she does that to you in front of other people and that you are good friends but your best friends are the other two girls that you mentioned, she'll probably be a bit sour about it but if she really wants to be your friend then she wont be annoyed for long....

i know exactly what your going through, you either need to tell your other friends you have more than 2 best friends or tell the other girl you also have 2 other best friends, but make sure you divide your time with your friends equally so they dont get jealous or mad at you.

hope i helped...let me know if this works :]

Two ways: One be blunt and say it to her face; Two tell your other friends that she isn't and then tell her that not everyone needs to know that your "best friends" that way if she still does say it behind your back your friends will know its not true.
