I don't think he is all that bad David. I think the American people are just growing more and more frustrated with his lack of indecision over the Iraqi war and even more so the growing illegal alien problem, to which his only solution is to legalize them? It causes the nation to grow weary of his actions.

The President of the United States
1. Is suppose to be elected by the citizens of the nation - Dubya Wasn't (initially)
2. The President is suppose to act in the best interest of the nation - Dubya doesn't. Squandering the $2Trillion budget surplus on a War that never should have happened and plunging the US Treasury into Multi-Billion Dollar budget deficit is not what Americans wanted. Sending in more Troops when the most recent election dictated that the troops be brought home is not what Americans want
3. Americans want a President Elected by the People and who is For the People. Eaves dropping on citizens and blowing the Cover of our Agents who gather critical intelligence on our enemies is not what America wants or needs
4. He has not done anything to actually help our nation!

There's not enough time to go into all of the reasons in great length, but just for beginners:
1. Started an unnecessary war
2. Has run up the largest deficit which had started out as the largest surplus
3. Has completely gutted most environmental protection of land, water, and wildlife
4. College tuition costs have risen more in his 6 years than other two term president
5. Has put an even greater gap between the wealthiest of Americans and the rest of us with his tax cuts. The wealthiest 2 percent of Americans control almost 30 percent of the wealth here
6. Has cut more senior citizen benefits than any other president
7. Has turned the U.S. from one of the most respected countries in the world to one of the most despised
8. Has abused his power as commander in chief by totally ignoring Congress and doing damn well whatever he wants
9. Has given corporations thru deregulation so much power here we might as well be called the United States of Corporations
10. Has completely underfunded his so called "wonderful" reform of education with the No Child Left Behind which ends up putting all of the burden on our teachers
I could go on and on, but to those of us who have completely given up all hope that Bush will ever listen to our side, it's all for not. Hope this helps....

Don't even say America. I don't feel the people are to blame, it's the Bush Administration.
Bush was on cocaine, he blew up frogs with firecrackers as a child for fun, he's also an admitted alcoholic. Besides that, people laught AT him because of the stupid things he says. War on Iraq was in the interest of oil. It's like the Vietnam War, A BLANTANTLY BIG MISTAKE. He's a PSYCHOPATH, if you don't believe me, Google Dr Justin Frank and then read the detail of his psychoanalysis on Bush.
After that, watch some Fahrenheit 9/11, by Michael Moore.
Why is Bush a bad President? Of course he's not bad. He's HORRIBLE. I'm Australian and John Howard over here is best friends with Bush. *shudders*

How could anyone be so ignorant as to imagine that GW could possibly have a place on Mt. Rushmore...such an idiot....We have been lied to, misled, laughed at and generally humiliated by mr. bush and his cronies, all the way to their respective banks (offshore no doubt)...I am embarrassed to be an American for the first time in my life, embarrassed and ashamed of the insensitivity and ignorance with which we have dealt with the other countries of the world!!!!!!!

How can you ask such a question. Besides the fact that he is probably the "stupidest" man to act as president, he has no idea of what is really the importance of being a president. It is not a role where you act out your own wishes, you do what you were voted into office to do. And one of the things the people did not elect him to do was to start a war where none was needed. It had been proved beyond a doubt by the UN that we were not needed in Iraq. We are there for BUsh's ego. But, besides all that the man has aligned himself with people who are only out for their own good, as has been proved by Cheney, without a doubt, and Condelessa Rice, is no better.
So, is he a bad president, I would have to say the worst, and I lived through the mess with Nixon.

To name just a few: a failed war based on lies, tax cuts for the already rich, Katrina victims still with no place to live, "no child left behind" is a failure and they "fixed" the numbers so it would look good on paper and on and on and on.

I dislike Bush as a president because of what he has done to personal freedoms and the U.S. economy. He is also a large supporter of hypocrisy. He has done everything in his power to limit personal privacy and freedom of speech. It is somewhat reminiscent of the Vietnam War era.
He has ruined our economy with the Iraq War. This is costing us billions of dollars, and we aren't capable of supporting it. We owe large amounts of money to many other nations, and it will take us at least decades to pay it all off, if not centuries.
He is a hypocrite in the sense that he preaches his "pro-life" values, stating that he is anti-abortion, yet he still supports the death penalty and unnecessary war. Don't get me wrong: I have nothing against so-called "pro-life" morals. I am anti-abortion, anti-war, and anti-death penalty. I just don't like so many people believing that he is a peaceful, open-minded, benevolent genius that is always the butt of dumb jokes.
