I've suffered from a pretty big weight gain over the last year, and I can no longer fit in most if not all my clothes properly. I'm planning to get a new wardrobe, but it'd be costly. So, I thought i'd sell my used clothes since some of them are in good condition or hardly worn. Whats the best place and way to sell used clothes around here? Will eBay or lelong be good? Or is there somewhere I can sell them to? I have clothes that were quite costly when I bought them and I do not want to get RM20 for RM200 jeans..

You can sell stuff on Ebay.. You should check out what things are selling for first.

But I'm thinking consignment shop. I have sold countless items to consignment shops. I wear a ton of designer things and sell them when they go out of season. So my stuff is normally not that worn and they jump at it. They're not going to give you full price but it's still better than nothing.

Some tips for selling -

Make sure they pay you in cash up front.
No store credits unless you want to buy used clothes
No checks.. Too risky

Good luck.

Try eBay or a local consignment shop. However, do not expect to get back nearly what you paid. 10-20% of new cost is about average.
