You can ask, but the answer will change 5 minutes later (assuming the original answer was honest to begin with). Most women have no clue what they want. Ignore their words and watch their actions; that will answer your question.

I think the problem with this question is that...it's way to general...
Its more like what does the girl you are interested in, want? Women in general are so different from each other , it's impossible to have a few things pinpointed. There are so many different combinations. You know the term, "great chemistry" between two people. That's what you should be looking for. A girl that you get along with well.
Observe the answers you are going to get. They are all so different...they are pretty much telling you want they want personally.

Women have the special quality of love, affection, caring ,sharing and bearing,and to be satisfied in return they look for existence of one or more of these characteristics. Women are always loyal to their partner if some sincerity and reciprocity is shown from the other side.
