.org sites are just as safe as .com/.biz/.edu/.net/.info.
The only things that differs is the extension.
NO, not all .org sites are safe
NO, not all .com sites are safe
NO, not all .biz sites are safe.
You can never be without the risk of a trojan by surfing

There is no way to guarantee that all sites of a particular extension are safe.

Generally they are, but there is always a chance that a hacker can infect any site on the net. But it is very rare.

yes most of them, there are always a few out there

also .gov is a secure extention to go to..
