My pet's eyes are covered by white memberane. Anyone knows what to do with that, or any one knows a good animal doctor for my pet?

There could be a few things that cause this. Do you use a dechlorinator before adding new water to your tank? Some turtle's eyes are sensitive to chlorine.

It may have an eye infection - this is fairly common in turtles.

clean out the tank a few times this week with only water NO CHEMICALS!!!!! and keep your turtle in clean water

Turtles needs vitamin A to protect their eyes, it is too important !!
Please go to a vet, it needs a control now !!

if you cleaned the water more ofthen then your turttle wouldn't have that problem.
