They are all sincere in their beliefs of what they would like to accomplish for this country. Yet during their time as a public official they find out that they don't have the final say, and that things are more complicated than they thought. I think they all could use some help. Especially from the American people. If we ellected them, we should support their decissions. Every President ellected was loved by most people until he did something they didn't agree with. We do not have to agree with all things done, only trust in their judgement. If you voted for 1 person and later decided you didn't like him or her, too bad. If you had voted for their opposition and they won, you might be even more dissapointed in their performance. It's like they say, life is a gamble.

I think Dennis Kucinich is easily the most sincere.

I know many people can't deal w/Joe Biden but he is awfully sincere to me, and he is the best politician I've seen at keeping his website current and communicating with Americans. He uses plain talk and isn't condescending or talking down to others when he has the podium. He also has been involved in dealings with the atrocities in Serbia/Bosnia and Darfur long before almost any other politician.

Also, Gen. Wesley Clark deserves mention. He just seems like a good man. And Bill Richardson, as well.

Good question. Thanks for asking it. That was sincere. :)

Kucinich is sincere, whether or not you agree with him is a whole other question, but he is sincere. From the little I've seen of Ron Paul, he seems sincere as well (although not too smart).

On the other hand, I wouldnt trust Guiliani with a dog I didnt like. Same thing with Hillary.

Sincerity and politicians don't mix. I would say that Ron Paul is sincere if misguided. Tom Tancredo seems sincere. That's about all I've got.

As someone who really follows politics, I'd say that probably most of them really ARE sincere.

The problem is that many of them (especially, in my not-so-humble opinion, conservatives) are absolutely sincere but also provably loopy. Politicos like Frist, Coburn, DeLay, Hastert, the entire Bush family, etc. come immediately to mind.

Think "The Schiavo Debacle."

Barack Obama. He hasn't had enough tenure to be corrupted, and he also needs some help from fellow Dems. to beat Hillary.

I think Ron Paul (R-TX) seems sincere...and he plans on running for president. He's the only Republican worth voting for IMO.
