my question is what does that mean if your'e guy friend is attracted to you and that he will reveal he's attracted to you and it will progress?

If he is a good friend, I would keep it as being just friends.

I think it means that this guy is very determined and he knows what he wants and apparently it is you. If you have the same feelings for him, it means a new relationship may possibly take place. If you don't, you might want to inform him of this before he starts to work his magic on you. lol.
