Is this woman related or friends with this new manager? Or anyone else? That could be part of the problem. What kind of things are the employees doing? Are they acting as you are "odd man out"? Or acting like you are the one to go to for everything? Or in between? Is it something you could sit down with these employees and talk with about the problem? Or the new Manager? Or, someone in between? Or do you have a co-worker you are good with that you could talk with about it and get this person's opinion? Or maybe approach someone with a hypothetical situation and what woudld they do if it happened with them? Withuot going into such detail that they could figure out you are talking about them.Or, is this something you can try to ignore and see how it goes? I wish you the best. Take care.
