I usually just plug in headphones to the radio and listen to music till I fall asleep. Sometimes when I wake up in the morning I still have the headphones on and the music is still playing...Hmm, I should stop doing that.. shouldn't I??

What helps me get to sleep is music. I don't care what kind of music(mostly hip-hop) is listen to but i have to have music to go to sleep.

I take tylenol p.m. every night and it helps me fall asleep, which is my biggest problem. Sleeping pills also work, but they can be expensive depending on your insurance. I've been told working out will help, but it hasn't worked for me yet.
