absolutely not... because you are not working the muscle for the majority.. you are just stimulating glans via movement of skin... the penis muscle is an extension of the abdominal muscle (rectus abdominus)... the only thing that may help is working your lower abs... good luck...

Your penis is not a muscle. It's more like a sponge. It gets hard because blood fills the 'holes.'

i don't think so. there is no connection. Penis size is dependent on genes and testosterone level.
