I love cooking shows, and I was watching Emeril the other night. He has Essence of Emeril, so I thought if there were an Essence of Wood Smoke, what would it contain......so a question to you all, what are you 'seasoned' with? Smile

The aroma of my grandma's spaghetti sauce cooking all day , the aroma of mom's coffee brewing on the stove on a Sunday morning, pride of my Italian heritage mixed with pride in our US of A, 20 cups of love and care for my own 2 grown children mixed with a pinch of love for all the students I have known through the years, add a tablespoon of a sense of humor, faith in the Lord, and many many gallons of love for my man.
