and NO i have never done anything to make her not trust me i dont have time for that i support the family i have three kids with her and she is a stay at home mom. never cheated but she thinks otherwise.

Have you done anything in the past to cause her to mistrust? Does she have issues in her past, that causes her to mistrust people, or does she have a hard time letting down "her walls". Oftentimes, women become distrustful when their own lives are not supporting enough interest for them, they subconciously start thinking destructive thoughts, similar to your wife. Is she at home alot, watching soaps? I swear people get so involved in those damn shows, they truly do carry that stuff into their lives. All the drama, and scheming that goes on, but to a bored woman at home without much social life, it becomes their "world". It sounds like she is more unhappy, or depressed than she knows, maybe she needs medical help to get over depression. If you truly show her your love daily, it can only get better.

First you need to figure out why she doesn't trust you? Is it you ? Did you do something to make yourself not trustworthy? Is it her? Does she have insecurities? Has she done something that is not trustworthy?
I have found most of the time when people do this "usually" it is really something else they are upset about- yet this is the way they communicate..
Have you tried counseling? Sitting down together and discussing this issue? Maybe ask her what she would rather you do? Or ask her to some of these activities with you- maybe she is feeling left out (lifting weights, music, tv.).
Just a thought.

I completely understand that feeling. My husband use to be like that. She must be very insecure of herself. Make sure to always tell her that you're her one and only and you love her with all your heart. Oh and that she is beautiful that always helps. There is no sure proof way to make her trust you. Time. That is how it was for me. She needs to get over her insecurities and she will see that she is all you need.

if there's no trust there's no relationship you need to find someone who will trust you and love you or if you want to make it work you could try counseling but it sounds like she has some insecuritites

ask yourself is she cheating on you? Alot of times we accuse our partners of things if we are thinking about or doing something wrong. Just wondering. Good luck
