Someone approached my hubby today and told him that a streamer on a motorcycle can only be 8 inches long, is this true?

I live in Kansas and the streamer is on the handle bar

I haven't found one here (NH).
Seems to me a 3 X 5 flag would count as one.
On the occasions I have put it up there, it always gets smiles, thumbs-ups. waves, and sometimes a salute.
Never have I been pulled over.

I suppose that I will have to answer your question by asking a couple of questions. First question is what state do you live in? Second is are you talking about handlebar, brake or clutch streamers? Then I will try to answer the question.
