Which one and why?

Of those schools, Stanford is probably going to be the best choice for most areas of study. Stanford has great departments in so many different academic areas, including computer science, psychology, economics, and more. Moreover, looking for a job after graduating will be much easier with Stanford listed on your resume than with the other schools listed.
Some other things about Stanford that are great:
-The campus is beautiful and spacious. (At 8,180 acres, it's the second largest university in the world, behind the University of Moscow.)
-There are many incredible sports teams to watch. (Stanford is the perennial winner of the Sears Cup, given to the Division I school that does the best in the most sports each year.)
-San Francisco is relatively nearby.

Stanford is the most prestigious but it doesnt have a vet school like UC Davis....It really depends on your major but without that bit of info, Stanford would be the most likely recommended.

none, because you should go somewhere other than Cal and experience real life and real people, hard to do in Cal.
