Millions... More importantly....how many people in America are really American?

America covers a lot of Countries.North,Central and South.South America has around 345 million people.Central America has around 37 million people.Add that to the population of the United States,Canada,Mexico and Guatemala.I'd say there are close to a billion people.maybe more.
