Diaper Rash PREVENTION Cream and all-around-great-skin-cream : Weleda Calenda Cream (because it's natural and great for babies sensitive skin)
Diaper Rash Treatment Cream : Desitin Original Ointment (because it stays on and works the best)
Baby Moisturizing Lotion/Cream - California Baby Calming Lotion (because it's all natural and smells great... plus the natural aromatherapy really relaxes baby, in my opinion).

Arbonne. Many baby care products contain ingredients such as fragrance and mineral oil, the molecular structure of which is too large to penetrate the pores of skin, sitting on the top layer like saran wrap. Mineral oil is actually motor oil washed several times to make it clear. These products may cause irritation and get wiped off over time and give little to no benefit but rather a temporary feeling of softness. Baby's need pure, and safe water based products with the proper ingredients.
Arbonne has a great baby care line (hair and body wash, lotion, body oil, diaper rash cream, and sunscreen) that is botanically-based and pH correct, pediatrician and dermatologist tested, non-sensitizing, non-irritating, and formulated without nut oils. They are formulated with natural ingredients like oat flour which is an emollient and an emulsifier. It’s highly absorbent and hypoallergenic. Oat flour helps to soothe and soften dry, itchy and sensitive skin. I use Arbonne's baby care products on both of my children and have never had a problem with dry, irritated skin.

I love the smell of Baby Magic lotions, but also use Johnson's. For diaper rash, Triple Paste is great when they have bad diaper rash, but I use Desitin most of the time because it's cheaper and it's good stuff! Triple Paste can be ordered from your pharmacist in a 1 lb tub- it's much much cheaper that way!

Diaper cream or lotion?
I like triple paste for diaper creme because it works really fast and Johnson and Johnson's baby lotion (in the pink bottle) because of it's smell. Burt's Bees Buttermilk Lotion is a close second.

I use Daisy Blue Naturals. Its is all natural and the baby lotion smells heavenly, unlike any other lotion. I love it!! the downfall is that it is expensive, like $14/ bottle...
Otherwise, Aveeno baby lotion is great.
I also love all the other stuff Aveeno makes.. baby wash, diaper rash creme, etc. Keeps my baby's skin SO so soft :)

I use Desitin and A&D for diaper rash. And I use Eucerin lotion for her whole body. My daughter's skin is SUPER sensitive, and her pediatrician reccomended it. It's a littl on the pricey side, but I bought the biggest bottle, and it doesn't take much to put some on my daughter, so I know it will last a while!

Do you mean diaper cream? My kid is rash prone now (rash free til 8 months, now its all the time!)
I like Aveeno for everyday (frangrance free). Butt Paste for rash (it works well but it smells funny and it stains), and Triple Paste for the rashes that seem to stick around (it is medicated and knocks out the rash usually with the first application). Also Eucarin is supposed to be good, but its expensive.

Diaper rash ointment--A&D because I've found it works the best and isn't too thick
Lotion--Parents Choice Lavendar, I like the smell and it makes my baby soft but not greasy
