Yes, I have both the male and female versions memorized.
The female ones, which I learned by observation, are the most interesting. No matter what you are going to do, you stick your hand out the window and flap it around. I understand this version also allows the drying of fingernail polish as well as the signaling of vehicle direction.

Wow I had to think about this for a minute! To turn left you stick your arm straight out the window. To turn right you stick your arm straight up and bent at the elbow. To stop point your hand toward the ground. I think that's right anyway.

yes, I used to drive a motorcycle till some friends of mine thought it would be funny to throw water on the street right at a turn I had to make. My bike slid and I hit the ground. Not a pretty site.

Yes I had to know those when I took my test -- many many years ago -- 35 years ago to be exact . Geez I don't feel that old --hopefully don't look it or act it either. haha.
Oh yeah the question--
Left turn --you put your left arm out the window and hold it straight out.
Right turn-- put arm out and bend it at the elbow with your forearm/hand going upward--like at a right angle.
Stop-- hold left arm out and point it downward.

Left turn = middle finger
Right turn = middle finger
Stop = middle finger
Cuts me off = two middle fingers along with my right fist cupped in my left hand

i know left but not not right without twisting my hand or flying to the passenger seat to do it. stop is the whole palm up...and that's it...i can do everything but the emergency blinkers with my hands...
