Okay, in January I had this science project. We had to create this thing called the H-R diagram (it was like a graph of the stars in the solar system) and we were supposed to use cardboard and styrofoam for the project. So I went out and bought several dozen styrofoam balls. Unfortunately, I came down with the flu three days before the project was due and I had only finished half of it so I never did turn in the project and I ended up throwing it away. But I still have some styrofoam left over. So now I have 12 styrofoam balls, what can I make out of these? Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

paint them all cool looking and hang them at different lengths from the ceiling in the corner of your bedroom with some invisible fishing line.. it would be a cool little installation art piece.

Ok. I am assuming you are young and probably don't have a ton of money, so I have a great idea. I saw this on one of my HGTV shows and it was great as a recycle project. Get a lot of those free or blank disc (CD, DVD) and cut them into little squares (1/4" by 1/4") then glue them with the top side against the foam and hang like a disco ball.

I would spray them, but be careful. The solvents in the spray paint may melt the foam. As for color, I'd go with yellow to stick with the primary color thing you have going on. Hope this helps.

cover them in peanut butter, then roll in bird seed .. push a pencil or stick through the center for a perch ... hang outside for a bird feeder.
