Stay on the safe side and set your Tach to redline at 5500 RPM

The midget used the old A series engine you will get valve bounce above 5,500 rpm.Better to set it lower at 5,000 it only had a 3 bearing crank so will not stand prolonged high rpm.Mick UK.
