I posted a similiar question before and got different answers. Thanks to those that answered. But specifically I am wondering if in the NBA they ever shoot one and one foul shots meaning if they miss their first one, they don't get an oppurtunity for the second. This happens in College in the "bonus" and in the "double bonus" they get to shoot both regardless if the first is made or not. But I am wondering if that applies to the NBA or not. Seems to me they always get 2 shots. Thanks for the input!

There is never one-and-one's in the NBA, only in College and Highschool.

They always get two shots. It is fairer that way as most of the time they got foul when they are shooting for a two pointer. It is also an international rule.
