It is normal but doesn't mean you are having a boy. You are just lucky. Congrats!

I did not have any morning sickness at all during my 1st trimester. It is normal. Some get it and some do not. I am having a boy, I'm sure it is coincidence and does not mean if you do not have moring sickness it is always a boy. I have known others that have no morning sickness and have girls. I do not want to be discouraging or anythign but you may experience it a little later. 6 weeks is kinda early. I sure hope you don't though!

There is no way to predict a boy or girl without an ultrasound but even those can be wrong. All those old wives tales about morning sickness, belly size, babies high or low, etc are all bunk.
As for morning sickness, some people just don't have it. I never did. But I did get gall bladder attacks from the changing hormones. Everyone's body takes pregnancy a little differently. Just be happy you aren't sick (not yet at least). :)

Don't jinx yourself! I had no problems until week 6 or 7 then bam! I was sick all day and exhausted. It was and actually still is horrible. It seems to be starting to get a little better but I still get sick probably 2-3 times a week. They sell these preggy pops, but those didn't work for me. I hope you do not have to go through what I did/am althought it is good for comeing to terms with the fact that you are not in control of your life anymore. From here on out the baby calls the shots:)

Yes, it is normal to have not experienced morning sickness yet... and hopefully you won't have any, but when I was pregnant my morning sickness started at 7 weeks and lasted until around 11-12 weeks and I had a boy. :-) Everyone reacts differently to pregnancy and morning sickness isn't a reliable indicator of gender. CONGRATS on the baby!

Every pregnancy is different. Some people may have really bad morning/midday/night sickness for one pregnancy & none for another. It has nothing to do with the sex or appearance of the baby.
You're very lucky! I hope it will continue to be an easy trouble free pregnancy. What ever happens it's worth it in the end when you hold the most beautiful baby in your arms & know it's yours. There's nothing to match that feeling!

i am in the 11th week of my 3rd pregnancy!! and its not anything like the first 2. i had no morning sickness with either one. i gained almost no weight until 4th month of pregnancy with either of the first two. NOT THIS ONE!! lol. so if u are having no morning sickness, relish in the fact that u are much luckier than most pregnant women! and no it doesnt mean your having a boy. i had a boy with my first pregnancy, a girl with my 2nd pregnancy and i have not found out what i am having with this one. most of the ways to tell the sex of the baby unless its ultrasound or amniositesis, are old wives tales.

No it does not mean you are having a boy. It just means you are one of the lucky ones without morning sickness.

I just had a boy 3 weeks ago and i have found that people are not as sick when they have boys although there will be plenty of people that will say otherwise.
I had sickness in the evening but never threw up.
Congrats and good luck
