Probably Larry Birkhead but no one knows for sure. The law in the Bahamas does not automatically allow a challenge to paternity when the father is specified on the birth certificate. Therefore, although there are plenty of Anna's DNA samples, there are none for the baby. One of the reasons Howard K. Stern doesn't want the baby to come to the states is because it would be easy to get an order to get a DNA sample in America.

is less likely to be in it for the
money, since he's been trying to
be determined to be the baby's
father BEFORE Anna Nicole died.
