I need you to proove I'm not koo koo ka chu. You know that with your thoughts, you create energy? Well, I followed a tutorial on a site to create spheres of energy in my hands. When i moved them closer to each other, they repelled each other like magnets! Also it felt warm and my hands burn like SIZZZZLE!!. Anyway, here follow this tutorial to try to make one to proove my saneness:

Nope, you're not crazy at all. It's possible to transmit psychic energy into your hands for example. I tried the exercise and illustration from the article. There's such as the healing power via the " laying of the hands." Although, I didn't achieve the level that you describe; i.e., where your hands felt warm and burn like sizzzzle! Guess I need more practice to sharpen my concentration skills to perfect those exercises. You must have a very strong power of thinking, and suggestions as well as a great mind.

The mind is a very powerful tool indeed. Personally i practiced Astral projection for years until i tired of it. Now i just reduce my conscious functioning to the point of simulated death in order to decompress. It only takes me 20 minutes to attain the state and i can maintain it for up to 3 hours.
PSI balls are simply manifestations of etherial energy that most people could bring up if they chose to.
