Yes. I finally got a teacher to fully explain why they go up so much when they do. It bugs me ... ugh ... Our safeway looks really over priced with a shut down gas station across the street with the $1.79 price still up from last year ... Pathetic I must say.

Really and honestly, what difference does it make??? If you work 5 days a week, you are still gonna need it, so you pay it. I don't really see anyone cutting back on vacations, in fact I see more. The only way for Americans to make them stop is to just quit going all the time. And I don't mean cutting out one company, we have to boycott ALL of the gas companies for it to do any good.

Yes I have noticed. I hate it too.
I had to suffer through it driving up from Florida to North Carolina 680 miles. $2.54 in Clearwater, FL & $2.51 here in Raleigh.
When will it go back down?
BTW your question is in the wrong category.
