Yes! The best reason to have a second e-mail is to give that one out when you fill out forms on the internet. Keep one e-mail for your family and friends. Keep the other one to give out when you have to provide an e-mail on internet forms and sign ups. You can use Outlook or Thunderbird to retrieve the e-mails easily. If you don't want to bother setting up mailboxes in these programs (Outlook, etc.) get a gmail account, you can forward your e-mail to the your main account (so you don't have to go looking everywhere for your mail. -Good Luck

You sure can!! You can even have more than one Yahoo! e-mail address. How else do you think you get a new one without deleting it? You can also get a Hotmail, or any other site, e-mail in addition to however many Yahoo! ones you have. It's that easy..just follow the same steps you followed to get the first one.

Most Internet Providers let you have more than one email address. Go to their website and check. Some let you have only one but you can set up others as slaves. It's a good policy to get one on line where you can keep them all together such as Gmail. Gmail is by invitation only but if you send me an email I will send you an invitation. No, the government says NO, where have you been?? and don't even try to find a way to sneak it and have more than one, because they WILL find out, and it is a minimum of five years for that offense.

Definitely. Your isp allows you to have several and then you can go to yahoo, netzero, juno, gmail. Many sites will allow you to have free email addresses.
