My all-time favorite is "Are You Being Served"? That will get my vote everytime.

Mrs. Slocum and her crazy colored hair and her pussycat.

Miss Brams and always wanting to be known as living in a detached house.

Captain Peacock and his hysterical looks (the way he rolls his eyes at people).

Rumbold and his big ears.

Both Young & Old Mr. Grace and their "secretaries".

Mr. Granger and his fickle ways.

Mr. Humphries and his entire manner.

NOTE: I just heard that John Inman (Mr. Humphries) passed on yesterday, Thursday, March 8, 2007. May he Rest In Peace.

Have a lovely rest of the evening.

Monty Python's Flying Circus, Goodies, Young Ones, Faulty Towers, Are You Being Served, Keeping Up Appearances, Benny Hill Show...everything is funnier with a British accent!

I like 'Are You Being Served?" mostly because I could understand most of what was going on. Sometimes the accents are a little difficult to understand and the termonology gets a bit too difficult because it is British and I just don't get it. Slang? However, I enjoy the show. 'The Buckets' is equally funny and often much easier to understand.

how can you even compare them? The Young Ones, Blackadder, Fawlty Towers, Monty Python, The Goodies, Man About the House, theres just too many and they're all great. Better than the rubbish America produces.

I'm partial to Monty Python's Flying Circus. It's such horrible attempts at being humorous that you can't help but laugh. I can sit and watch for hours.

I would go with "Absolutely Fabulous" It kept the whole family entertained while it was on and then it had the sense to go off before it got pathetic. You can't beat that.
