I just face something straight on by working the transgression into the conversation and feeling my way through to a satisfactory conclusion. My ethics are pretty thorough so there are times when I have to kiss bottom.

I apologize and leave it to the other person to offer forgiveness....well actually they don't say "I forgive you" but actions speak louder than words. Typically I live my life doing nothing that would require me to apologize though.

I used to be the type of person that always had a justification for why I did something or said something hurtful. But now that I'm older, I've learned to swallow my pride and just admit when I'm wrong.

i ask forgiveness if ive wronged someone. i have also had to learn to forgive as well.

I don't ask forgivness. I tell them I am sorry. Forgiveness has to come fronm their heart.
