Just curious, I can't think of any movie where someone has gotten away with murder.. this doesn't include horror movies about vampires, zombies etc...

I sometimes watch AMC and recently they had "Murder On The Orient Express" on. It was made in 1974, but was set in the mid 1930s. Great cast: Sean Connery, Anthony Perkins, Lauren Bacall among others. Very interesting and compelling with lots of twists and turns. In the end murder goes unpunished. I highly recommend this movie.

The Usual Suspects, well, he got away with crimes in general including murder. Unfaithful, although the story didn't center on the murder.

I haven't seen it yet, but it looks great..."Zodiac" is based on a true story about a serial killer from the 60's/70's who was never caught.
