so many girls these days are only interested in either A. girly men that have no spine and will be pushed around...or B. wife beating jerks who don't give them even the least bit of respect?...where do us nice guys with some backbone that'll still treat you right fit in ?

sht i know what you mean, all my friends are like that, it also seems that guys think (nowadays) that those are the only two catagories (and when you associate 'girly' with 'spineless' your being ignorant by the way), so now im just waiting for a middle guy, but thats why i love being single and independent, cause in this situation i think thats the long end of the stick

I'm a woman, and even I don't truly know the answer to that.
I would rather not be in relationship or not date if I only had to choose between A and B. In fact, that's exactly what I did for several years. Why settle for less than what I deserve and have to deal with Guy A/B. No thanks.
The description you gave of yourself is the best choice.

Because we don't stand out like the two examples you gave. we don;t really do much to catch the eye of the ladies. But in the end things work out. I've been in some really good relationships because I've been myself. Sometimes the wait is longer, but there's never any apprehension since I am not acting.

I didnt know that I always ended up with the guys that had to have everything their way no matter how I felt I pretty much gave up on finding " a nice guy with a back bone" Trust me there's women looking for you we just cant find you lol question for you who are you dating that you cant find us? think about it 2 way street there

It's not as cut and dry as you make it seem. The reality is that you have not found the right woman. Which is good for her, because she is still waiting for you in amidst of wife beater's and girly men.

You know, for some reason, you good guys are last. Give me a good guy any day cause at my age...I know the difference. Young women lack the dept of maturity to know what they want/need. Give one some more time....she will find you.

except when it comes to me.
Give it time. the ones that want a wife beater, don't respect themsleves.
And the ones who are with pansy's are controlling.
You want a girl in te middle.
If SHE respects HERSELF, then she will respect you.
