That's a really good question. But there are a *ton* of independent variables to factor into the equation. So many, in fact, that I'll have to get back to you on it.

At a quick guess...... I'm gonna need 'bout 18 years to figure that one out ☺

Along with changes in the coastline, a lot of people that own prime property would have to take up scubaing or beat up the homeless people for their cardboard boxes.

Oops - I was assuming a nonmilitary action - - how foolish of me - why would the U.S. change their strategy in 2025?

Hi. Different coastline due to climate change and a vastly reduced population. Oh yeah, and cellphones will be obsolete.
