the film was british about a boy who kills his mother slowly with photo fluid she know wat hes doing but cant speak he gets court and goes to prison and fool the doctors and is rellesed some years later only to do it again

Sounds like the Young Poisoners Handbook - it's not photograph fluid though - I think it was something called Thallium.
And he went to prison and then when he came out he poisoned the teas of his co-workers. the young actor playing the poisoner (Young) was tall and skinny - looked like an undertaker.
At the end he writes his book with all the tips for poisoning people and then uses a diamond crushed up into powder to poison and kill himself. Is that the one you're thinking of?

i dont know the name but its a true story saw a docu on it last week not only did they let him out but they arranged for him to have work in a photography studio talk about handing it to him crazy system eh
