It sometimes works fine when I browse and choose files. Other times when I choose the file to attach it says: There was a problem. Invalid file specified. Please try again. It's a jpeg file at 72 dpi. What could be causing this, and so sporadically?

Hi sara p.,

You attach files with a Mail program, not your web browser. Unless you're attaching files in a web e-mail system like Yahoo.com, I guess that you can attach graphics that way. I don't understand why a dialog box would come up telling you this though. Most web mail might check files to see if they are virus-free, not whether they are valid files or not.

Downloading files and graphic attachments is something different. It's sometimes possible to get files from the Internet that are corrupted and won't load inside Preview. That's not the fault of Safari. Best of luck.

Dude, you will get the job carried out by using zippin the document and attaching it - many of the servers and mail provider vendors discourage attaching setup records - as there is intense risk of virus vulnarability in such formats- if U be responsive to how - to - i might advise U to apply some FTP website to function the document and asking U r pal to acquire it. i might additionally advise you to learn the size of the document you prefer to deliver- no remember if it somewhat is under the regular length of the mail provider service.
