If you know the the city and state you were born in you could call the registrar of births and deaths there and ask how to get a certified copy of your birth certificate. That is not likely to have been destroyed because they are very careful about that in most areas.

I would hope you know your Social Security number, with that you can obtain a copy of your birth certificate from the Arizona Department of Health Services. With that you can now obtain your state ID from the DMV, but you will have to jump through a few hoops and it may take a while. Please note that this only works if you are a US citizen and have people willing to vouche for you at the AZDHS.

you will have to first go get your birth certificate from the town you was born in. Most cost between 10 - 20 dollars. Then you will go to the Social Security office (free or 5 dollars) and get that started.. Then you can go to the DMV for your drivers liscense Or state I.D. an I.D. is usually 15 dollars and liscense is probably 25 or so...

You will need some kind of i.d. for your birth cert.. Call the court house or department of records for what you will need to bring with you so you don't go for nothing...

I don't know how it is done in Arizona but it is probably like California where you can go to the DMV and they'll take care of it for you.

Well, since you have posted this question at least 3 times, I would recommend you go to the closest police station and ask them to help you out.

Only an illegal would not have any of this information.
