What do you do if you really need to tell someone how you're feeling, but they wouldn't understand?

I have this friend, this BEST BEST BEST FRIEND, and there's something that I really need to tell her, or else there's just going to be a raincloud over my head 24/7. But she either wouldn't understand, or she wouldn't think it's worth hearing, just another one of my times of getting too emotional over nothing. ?

write her a letter, thay way you can rewrite it and edit it till it makes the most sense. sometimes when we try to say things the words get all mixed up, but you can distance yourself just enough when you write it down
