It really depends on how famous you are or how good you play or most likey how much endorsements you get. E.g David Beckham isnt the greatest footballer but he gets alot of money from endorsements but where as Thierry Henry is one of the worlds greatest footballers but doesnt get as much as Beckham becuase he doesnt do as many photo shoots. But it really depends.

By far baseball players. First off they have no salary cap so a owner can spend as much money on a player as he wants. Also they are paid what their contract says, its guaranteed money. In the NFL they are not guaranteed the money their contract says. For example if a players contract says 3 year deal for 7 million and a signing bonus of 3 million, he might only see the 3 million. The team can cut him and not have to pay him that money except for the signing bonus. In baseball if they get cut they still get their money.

like comparing apples and oranges they both get alot of money, but if u were to compare the salarys of the best football players with the best baseball players it would be baseball. on the other hand i believe the lowest paid guy in football makes more than the lowest paid in baseball, hope that helps
