So what you had no sex life before you met him?
Anything that happened before you doesn't really have an effect on your relationship unless you make it that way.
I don't know how old you are but you sound young so that is probably why you don't understand.
A grown up is a sexual being, they have the right to satisfy their needs and date and be with who they want if they are not in a relationship. You have no right to think of him as a cheater or what ever you are thinking he is that was before you two connected. You need to realize we are free until we are not and then if you are with him and he goes with someone else then you can not stay with him. And you have no reason to not trust him either he didn't cheat on you!

As long as he's not still seeing your friend and your friend doesn't have any feelings for him, I don't see why not. However if your friend and him were at one time an item, don't do it. There'll be hurt feelings all the way around and you could loose your friend.
