Only one, pedophiles must serve at least 50 yrs. - life in
prison.
Other than that one, I think we have enough, if not
too many laws now.

1. You pass a thorough psych eval before you are able to have children.
2. Unlicensed and/or uninsured drivers and vehicle owners are barred from recovering ANY damages.
3. Wreckless drivers have their license and vehicles immediately removed and never given back to them.
4. Home developers must pay for and construct the new roadways leading into their developments BEFORE building houses to alleviate construction and road congestion.
5. Legalize gambling
6. Legalize medical marijuana
7. Put convicted child molestors on a deserted island for life.

That if someone is proven guilty and there is no doubt of their treason against this country, especially when they get cocky and brag unrepently, that they not be given book deals or movie royalties, or celebrity interviews or treatment, that they be taken out and hung, period. No country club prison at taxpayer expense the rest of their lives, just a short, reusable, piece of rope. It's not about vengeance, it's about their continuing to inspire or coordinate activities against this (USA) country from with the prison system. It jeopardizes all of our lives and freedoms and that of those dear to us, to allow such treason to go with less penalty than some bank robbers or sex offenders.

How about it being illegal to use the letter of the law to circumvent the spirit of the law?
Then agian, that would be trading the current can or worms for a different can of worms so I don't know if it would end up being a good thing or not.

I would like to see a law that puts anyone who rapes a woman or does anything "wrong" to a child in prison for life without parole, or killed. I do not believe that a person that rapes or causes harm to a child can be rehabilitated. Why should a person that would do either of these things get a second chance for freedom when the crime they commit kills a piece of their victims soul?

I think it should be a law that pedophiles are put "down" like "bad" dogs--studies have shown that even castration does not work.
I do not think tax-payers should pay for them in jail, and they DEFINITELY do not belong in society to breed more of their own.

There are too many laws as it is.
Enforce the laws against violence to people and theft of property; everything else should be legalized.
