It's no secret that Nicole is adopted, and her biological father was a member of Lionel Ritchey's band, and offered his daughter to the Ritcheys for adoption. But, we do not hear anything about her biological mother. Is it true she was a white female roadie of Lionel's band??

She was a backup dancer, and from heresay, she got the band drugs and what nots. Lionel and her were very close that she named him godfather. She got heavily into drugs and no longer could keep Nicole, so Lionel adapted her. I guess the apple does'nt fall to far from the tree.

her biological father was a drummer who worked with Lionel Richie; her biological mother was a backstage assistant for Lionel...her biological mother is of Dominican descent. sorry don't know her name

I know her mother that raised her was raised in lower Alabama and returns often because a few months ago Nicoole and her mom came to her adoptive grandmothers funeral at Kingdom Christ Church in Brewton AL. So I guess it might be from around there because that is where they met.
