As a parent this is what I want to know:
How are you qualified to take care of my child?
Have you taken a babysitting class?
Do you know basic first aid?
What experience do you have with children, what age group?
Have you BB-sat B4?
And what do you charge?
Prepare a summary to answer those questions.
Then figure out how to get the word out. Put up notices at local day care locations, at local churches, or grocery stores. Can you find an older BB sitter that you can "help" to get experience. Offer your services to care for kids when their mother is home, but wants to do other things....that's how I started many years ago (at 25 cents an hour)
Good luck. Caring for children is one of the best skills you can learn, do that well, and you have learned a very valuable skill.

That's a tough one because I think you may be a little too young so ....
You may be responsible ........ but I'm not sure you should be watching kids unless you have an adult in the house also.
If you don't have relatives with kids that may allow you to babysit .... the only other thing is to perhaps offer to watch some kids after school. Get all leads or references thru your mom tho .... make sure she oks them because you want to be safe and secure.
(Also , if you may be interested ..... there is a big demand for pet sitting .... pet walking ....... maybe you could see if you would like that ... )
Good luck.
