What are some more skills I could put on my acting resume, so far I have: english accent, western horseback riding, SCUBA diving, snowboarding, roller blading, headstand, salsa dancing, drivers license...

I am sure there are loads of things I could put, just they aren't coming to me at the moment.

Depends on what you can do, and only you and your agent know that. You have an agent, right?

If you can salsa, you can probably do other dances. Can you sing? Do you play an instrument? If you can do SCUBA, you can probably swim ... what about diving?

Other than those skills, what are your acting skills? How well do you read? What sorts of characters have you played? Where have you studied? Where have you performed?

The skills may matter, but what you've already done with them is more valuable.

Whatever you put down you better make sure that you can actually do them. I think it depends on what you are auditioning for. If you're talking about a film resume these look ok but if you're talking about a theatre resume (I don't think you are) then some of these would be seen as ridiculous. You don't need to SCUBA dive for stage productions.....I think you get the point.
I'm assuming you've put your training down and the projects you've worked on. You should put any directors of distinction as well as performers, choreographers and the like. I'm assuming you've got a headshot for the resume. Make sure you have a cohesive format for this resume. Nothing is more daunting than looking at a jumbled up resume. Don't get too crazy with the skills.....if you can't do it on the spot I wouldn't even put it down. Some casting committees will ask just to torture you or see if you're lying. Good luck to you.

Younger and less experienced actors are always trying to attach a huge "laundry list" of SKILLS on their resumes. My advice? Keep it brief. Things that you can do that really separate you from the crowd might be worth noting, but, puh-leeeze, have mercy on the poor directors who'll be reading these things! We don't need to know that you're a contact lens wearer (6 years!), or that you're a skilled babysitter.

One more bit of advice: be VERY careful about putting "stage dialects" on your resume. This is the one that almost EVERY actor thinks they can pull off, and, when I see it, I'll immediately ask the actor to prove it. The bottom line on resume info: if it's on there, it's fair game.
